On Friday 23rd October at 7:30pm, the 1920 silent film classic Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde will flicker to life on the big screen, accompanied by the thunderous, spine-tingling sound of the Kirk’s magnificent pipe organ – performed live by international award-winning organist Aaron Hawthorne.

With its centuries-old atmosphere, St John’s Kirk is the perfect setting to encounter John Barrymore's iconic portrayal of evil versus good – a tale of mystery and scandal. As shadows dance across the stone walls and the music swells, you’ll feel the story’s drama and terror in a way no ordinary cinema can match.
